King Vikramaditya was known for his courage and generosity. Legend says that Vikramaditya’s throne had 32 statues, which were apsaras in the past and were cursed to turn to statues. Centuries later, when king Bhoja tried to ascend Vikramaditya’s throne, the statues came to life and told him tales of the valiant king. These tales formed the Singhasan Battisi and we believe will help children learn and inculcate virtues of this iconic king.
